I havent been blooging lately... No mood, no time, no shit... Im having E-learning this week. Really cant understand why we need e-learning for.. It's a serious waste of time, and an additional source of stress.. We have E-learning assigment for almost EVERY MODULE... NO SHIT!!! Morever, this week happenes to be the week where we have the MOST number of projects. FMGT, EBA, ECD, I&E... blah blah blah... kns.. really kns... Just to make me feel better, Common Tests (20% of the whole Sem) is just around the cornor, waiting to stab me as brutally and gruesomely as possible...

OK, So here's the story of my dear darling laptop who went on his own special adventure. =_="

I was at LT38 (near the yellow sub), and as usual, i was early for lecture. It was BSTATS lecture. The dudes and dudettes of TB27 were just next door, LT45, having FMGT lecture.
As it was a rainy day, our slippers were.. kinda damp from all the travelling, so josh and I went to the toilet to clean up. Then, i felt a tingly feeling somewhere near the 2/3rd lower area of my body. I realised I needed to pee. Thus, i journeyed to the urinal. Upon reaching the urinal, which was a few steps away, I proceeded to unzip my...... *****fast forward*****...... After washing my hands, I left the toilet, leaving my dear darling Lappy above the urinal area. I FORGOT TO RETRIVE MY LAPPY ARTER PEEING (cause peeing makes you feel good).
During Bstats, i found the urgent need to play Neopets, thus I reached out to my lappy, ONLY TO REALISE that it was no where to be found. I panicked profusely (panic like siao).. I was flabbergasted, rooted to the ground. Tears, like scattered pearls, rolled down my cheek.. (no lar, i din't cry).
At that instance, i was lost, so I called on my most trusted friends to help me out. THANKS SHANYA!!!!
We went on a hunt, to find my laptop AND it's kidnapper. I went back to the toilet, took a glance, and saw nothing...
So I went to the admin level of the area and inquired. The retard behind the counter took like, 3 mins stone-ing, before telling me to fill up a form, and he will get back to me if my darling was found. I was disapointed. Utterly disapointed.
I went asking people, one by one, at all the wodden benches around the area... However, it was in vain, all hope was lost, it was almost impossible to find my dear back. I started thinking about what would have become of my darling... Maybe, some bangala worker had captured it, and was in the process of raping it upside down...ARRHHH!!!!
Then, I approached this group, and asked a nice guy :" Hello, I lost my Laptop in the toilet nearby, does anyone of you here have any idea where it might possibly be? "
One other nice guy replied.. "O! Isit the crumpler black case? I saw it just now, but i did'nt take it, THERE WERE 3 OTHER GUYS IN THE TOILET, THEY MAY HAVE TAKEN IT. I SAW THEM GO UP TO THE SECOND LEVEL."
DAMN SHIOK was the feeling. Life had meaning after all... Thus, i raced up to the second florr with rockets in the heels of my shoes. ONE BY ONE, I degraded myself, knocking on every door, on every tutorial classroom... asking IF, by chance, anyone had seen my runaway lappy...
Finally, I entered a class. Just as i was about to speak to the tutor, I heard a voice calling out to me... " DID U LOSE A LAPTOP?" I nodded, and continued blabbering all the details of my laptop and stuff in the crumpler case...
THE NICE GUY TOOK OUT MY LAPTOP, AND RETURNED IT, TO THE WARMTH OF MY ARMS.
Thinking back about the whole ordeal, I only have 3 words to say...
What A Miracle!

Today was'nt that a good day... Was supposed to lead worship at 10.45am. Reached church at 10.48am.. haiz.. Left the song lyrics at home earlier, RAN all the way back to get it. Then, realised my powerpoint had a glitch and couldn't be opened.. I panicked and prayed like SIAO!!!

The devil arh.. really tried DAMN hard to ruin today's service.. HAAHAA, too bad, God had other plans.. He saw me through... smoothly... =D

I've been busy, working.. at a plastic surgeon's clinic around Beauty World area... For the past few days, i have seen bloody, naked,disgusting, distorted, scar-ed, burnt people... all areas of body parts... NOT a nice scene.. My job is monotonous... boring i would say, but what i like about it is that it actually keeps me occupied. This would also decrease my chances of going out and spending money uselessly... Im on a mission, to save money...

On the other hand, we found out yesterday (luckily) that Jiayan had actually recorded Yiting 's Bday wrongly. Her ACTUAL Bday was in June. Thus, today turned into a Sports Day instead... lol.. =D

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.

SON: 'Daddy, may I ask you a question?

DAD: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the man.

SON: 'Daddy, how much do you make an hour?'

DAD: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the man said angrily.

SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'

DAD: 'If you must know, I make $50 an hour.'

SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down! .

SON: 'Daddy, may I please borrow $25?'

The father was furious, "If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities."

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.

The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money? After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down , and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often.

The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door. 'Are you asleep, son?' He asked.

'No daddy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.

'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the man.

'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $25 you asked for.'

The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you daddy!' he yelled.

Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills.

The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father.

'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the father grumbled.

'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.

'Daddy, I have $50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.'

The father was crushed.

He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.

This is just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life.. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts...

Went to church as usual today, my mum's teaching in sunday school (Primary3) everyweek, so this week, I went to help her out abit..
There was this regular kid, who was an ASS. A regular ass..really. This meant my mum had to put up with his shit all these weeks... SOME people may call it ' Servant Leadership '. He was a nuisense and kept bullying this poor little kid. First, he knocked the dude's face with a hard plactic waterbottle. My mum just said" Don't do that arh... It's not nice." I was thinking " Dude, you bully that kid 1 more time and I am gonna bully you, see if you like it.." haahaa.. kidding..
Anyway, the nuisense proceeded to his normal routine, then, he reached my limit. He took the dude's hand, and CLOBBERED it repeatedly. THAT WAS IT!! NOBODY beats up ANYONE in church. It's the house of GOD..
So.... i... shouted and scolded him.. DAMN loudly. No vulgarities though... DUH!!! I used a firm, stern "business presentation" voice to scold him... and he just said NO! NO! NO! argued with me... Yet, after 5mins, he became tame.. sparstic kid...
Later on the way home, my mum nagged, childed me for childing that kid... WTH..
She intends to let the poor child get clobbered by that bully and do nothing bout it but pray... NOT GONNA WORK...!!! haiz... wadever lar, can't be bothered...
Whole matenal side of the family comming over for buffet dinner at my house later tonight!! Looking forward to the food more than the gathering.. lol.. haahaa.. =D

At least dinner was great... after another stressful day, had deep fried prawns, deep fried fish, laksa kangkong, long beans, for dinner!!!!!
I was happily eating/consuming/devouring my meal when i read SOMEONE's blog, complaining bout the common tests.. It dawned on me how unprepared I still am..

Been busy with projects.. Finally, ITB is over, some of it at least. Im proud of my groupmates- Jiayan, Yiting, Joshua, Dave. Really nice pepole. People who put in effort to do what their good at doing. Really appreciate them spending time to meet up from 4pm to 9pm 3days in a row the past week. Really appreciate them for putting in effort so as to not pull the group down. After spending time with them on our projects, I really feel that it's worthwhile skipping my ENVOYS duty for red camp. If I went to help out for Red Camp, I would get CCA points, and I could have mixed around more with the Envoys people ( whom im still not very close with ). However, I really like it this way, Im comfotable with the many true friends I already have and I thank God for them. No use having a million friends if I can have a small group of true friends. Poly people can be damn fake sometimes... I've seen enough..
To my dearest 4GB : Thanks for making me feel that my time spent on projects has not been wasted!!! =D

HECTIC DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As I mentioned in my earlier post, woke up at 8am for SnW-Swimming . It's a module in school. THE INSTRUCTOR TREATED US LIKE HIS PET FISHED, MAKING US SWIM SOOOO MANY LAPS... The better swimmers had to swim more... that was why I was soo tired in the end =D
Had C.A.T.S class after swimming... learnt bout the boring 6 thinking hats..
After that, went to the Blood Donation Drive to be usher/registration man. That was from 12pm to 4pm. Following this, the NPRC peeps and I gave Priya a surprise B'day celebration..!!! She cried black tears of joy...
Around 5pm, went to the convention centre as we we also in-charge of the registration... Ended around 11plus... reached home around 12plus...
I WAS IN NGEE ANN POLY FROM 8am TO 11pm!!!! 15 BLARRRDY HOURS, IM FRIGGGGING TIRED, AND IM GONNA SLEEP NOW!!! HEEYER!!!

First proper session of SnW... Swimming session was blarrrdy friggging tired... heeyer.. Swam so many laps that when I got out of the pool, i couldn't stand properly. REALLY! Couldn't even feel my limbs... totally numb...

In Ngee Ann Poly, it is really enriching. I previously thought entering into Business Studies, I would not be exposed to much, or any, English.. English is my favourite subject.
HOWEVER, I recently learnt 3 new words!!! COOL RIGHT!!!?!?!?!?

1)Heeyer- This is a profound word, that only can be understooded by cool, hip people. It has the same meaning as "tsk".

2)Blarrrdy- Originated from the word "bloody". However, it carries a totally different meaning. It creates an extremely extreme feeling. Like, something is extremely extremely extremely extreme.

3)Friggin- This is a cool word. It is used to politely replace another word, which starts with the same alphabet. It has the same value as "blarrdy", yet this word futher highlights the extremeness of the extremely extremely extreme matter.

Example of a sentence that contains all the three cool words:
Heeyer! I am so heeyer blarrdy friggin tired!!!
